Retail pharmacist duties in addition to compounding duties for a non-sterile pharmacy.
Duties include retail pharmacist workflow in addition to finding formulas, entering formulas on computer RX software, entering pricing, speaking with physicians and veterinarians about compounded prescriptions, speaking, working with medicine shoppe to make sure non-sterile compounding state and federal requirements are met, maintaining laboratory organization and cleanliness, ordering of bulk compounding supplies.

Staff pharmacist duties for telehealth fulfillment center include but are not limited to: Data entry of prescriptions, verification of entered prescriptions, verifying all refill prescriptions (matching in Keycentrix and PIMS databases), pharmacist second verification (before medications are packed and shipped), packing, shipping, sealing, tracking patient medication packages in STAMPS database.

Verified accuracy and completeness of information on prescription and refill requests. Collaborated closely with healthcare professionals to monitor and assess the quality and effectiveness of drugs or drug regimens. Accepted and created orders through our warehouse and outside wholesale ordering venues; including filling out DEA ordering forms for CII substances, conducted monthly Controlled Substance inventory, administered vaccinations including but not limited to flu, prevnar13, pneumovax, shingles, meningitis, and HepB. In charge of submitting all data from compliance audits. Update Medicare Part B forms for patients using Part B for prescription use to match standards of compliance. Collaborate with store director to meet pharmacy needs. Utilize EQUIPP MTM services and maintain positive scores.
