• Industrial refrigeration equipment procurement and install, 14 condensers and 24 evaporators

Tucson Commerce Center - Tucson, AZ - November 2022 - January 2024

• 800,000 sf total over 3 spec warehouses, 50 acre site
• $75 million value
• Managed procurement and install of structures, pumps, and controller
• 2 lift stations, large storm waster detention basins (shot-crete)
• 1 building had tenant improvements with office build out and warehouse improvements, high end office space

Oakland Logistics Center - Pontiac, MI - 2022

• 700,000 sf spec warehouse
• $55 million value
• Sent to this project to close out
• Dealt with the problems associated with project and fostered solutions for a more seamless experience for client

Kansas City Water Pump Stations - Kansas City, MO

• Worked as a laborer installing: CMU walls in underground basin 200’x500’x20’ deep, water valves in basin, new water pump
• Gained experience working in confined spaces and logistics of working underground

New Water Treatment Plant - Kansas City, MO

• Worked on pouring concrete foundations with Simon forms

Energy Power Plant - Lawrence, KS

• Worked on box culvert storm system, 1 mile long
• Took part in 2 week annual shot down to service the power plant
• Built storm collection basin, tied rebar, and erected snap tie forms
