I pivoted to this piece of the business to assist Boat Sales. This hybrid role was pioneered by Bass Pro leadership and I at this location in order to complete all title work and financial lending contracts for boat, motor, and trailer sales, closing table, as well as Sales. A cross functional asset between lending obligations while possessing watercraft knowledge,specs, and systems for Sales.

I collaborated with management teams to implement work procedures and quanitfy stock in on-hand inventory and cycle counting.
Led a team of 30 Outfitters in a high-volume department. Oversaw incoming freight, product processing team, and sales floor team. I executed corporate directives in visual merchandising of all Private label and partnered Brands and became effective in my decisons to boost Sales.
In this role I oversaw daily operations and conducted interviews. Responsible for budget allocation in food and labor, employee scheduling, and working closely with Springfield vendors. I purchased orders semi weekly, executed sales strategies and aligned social media marketing to sales objectives. I implented a "Medical Mile" discount to our 417 healthcare heroes and procured dietary options for Gluten-free and Halal options.
