Group-oriented team leader who works for and with his crew. Driven to ensure my people are well supplied and informed to the best of my abilities. I delegate tasks based on individual skills and current situations. I thoroughly enjoy building and welding, though I generally enjoy the people with whom I work most. I try to strive for my personal best, and motivate my crew to be more confident when overcoming a new task or challenge. Always willing to learn and open to a new level of understanding, I approach every situation with an open mind, eager to find creative solutions. I often reassure and motivate my crew with communication, and sometimes music when allowed. I find that by keeping morale high, there is a boost in production and problem resolution. Striving to lead by example, I hold myself to a high level of craftsmanship and desire to improve my trade. My hopes are that, because of these things, my crew will aim higher, be safer, and look forward to working the next day.

When Im not working the farm, my hobbies tend to take over from time to time. Currently I have taken an interest in Mead making, but I also enjoy 3D printing, and playing table top games like Magic The Gathering, Risk, or Talisman. I tend to be sporadic in nature when it comes to new hobbies, they often change and when I am into them I try to understand everything possible about it.
