  • As a Building Technician our main function is to maintain and to make sure there is no downtime to all our Equipments such as; Emergency Power which is Generators, Control Panels of the Fire and Jockey Pump, Control Panel of Fans which is Pressurization, Roof Exhaust, Fresh Air and Kitchen Exhaust.
  • We performed reading from time to time the MVSG, LVSG, ATS, CHILLERS and all other electrical distribution panels.
  • We also repairs mostly power supply for the tandems and ages LED strip lights.
  • Including CCTV installation for the premises perimeter mostly to the additional phase parking lot.
  • Attending client concerns in regards of common areas to the building, HVAC not cooling properly, low pressure of water supply, busted lights replacement and etc.
  • I was assigned as a Electrical representative from the Building Engineering Department to conduct A-As-Built survey for the final Electrical Floor Plan, noting any deviations from the original design with the contractor Project Manager (PM). Site visit to check electrical wirings, specifically for the color coding required by the PEC, checked distribution panels for visual inspection, loose connections, busbar settings, ensure proper labeling and identification of the circuits, verify tightness of all connections, test ground fault circuit interrupters (GFCIs), perform insulation resistance testing, proper grounding and earthing and confirm the correct amperage rating of the Main Circuit Breaker.

  • As a Laundry Technician we'll make sure that all equipments are working such as; Dry Cleaning Machine, Flatwork Ironer, Flatwork Folding Machine, Flatwork Stacker, Towels Folder, Washer Extractor, Steam Press & Steam Press/Hot head.

  • In kitchen we are maintaining cooking equipments, cold storage and electric boiler. Daily temperature checking of all cold storage equipments to ensure it's working on the required temperatures, thermostat functionality test regularly.
  • Walk-in chillers ensuring proper air flows, checked door seals, maintained and monitoring temperature and humidity.
  • Cooking stove/ranges safety check of all thermocouples, pilot burner and gas valve.

  • Conduct regular preventive maintenance weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually as we don't tolerate any Rides downtime.
  • Preventive maintenance are base on the checklists of all AOR electrical and electronic components; sensors, limit switches, contactors, power supply, PLC I/O modules. Visually checking on tracks, railings, carbon brush, carbon holder and commutator on DC Motors.
  • Checking conditions of slip ring and carbon brush pig tail, replacement if found worned out.
  • Checking incoming supply (High Voltage) to the Electrical Room, phase balance check.
  • We do also rectification and repairs for some faulty equipments like battery charger of ride, ups, power supply and etc.
  • Making sure all items on the checklist are checked, all components are working properly and stable. Communication signal are stable from MOCC, RCS to the field devices.
