We oversee risks and strategy for the three meatpacking plants they have across all authorized markets in key regions, including China, Europe, the United Arab Emirates, and Saudi Arabia.

Representation in Uruguay with an alliance for beef brands, breeders, and the importers association.

I am the CEO, Director, and Head of Operations at Altopinar Event's Company, established in 2009. Located in Ciudad de la Costa, just 20 kilometers from Uruguay’s capital, the company operates two event venues with in-house catering services, providing high-quality experiences for a wide range of celebrations.
