Responsible for management of several project engineers, as well as mechanical/electrical design teams located locally and in remote locations. Responsible for ensuring projects stayed on budget and required and request changes to systems were implemented in a timely manner with all required documentation and stringent quality standards.
  • Directly responsible for simultaneous completion of several unique customer bioreactor projects.

  • 2011 through 2013- Course Manager at Center for Surface Combat Systems Detachment East. Responsible for instructional duties as well as supervision for 8 seasoned instructors and up to 45 students.
  • Instrumental in ensuring a timely departure from maintenance with no re-work required.
  • Performed maintenance duties in addition to administrative duties for work center.

  • Worked diligently to bring a neglected work center back into standards, resulting in improved material condition of essential equipment and passing work center audits for "the first time in recent memory"
  • As Engineering Leading Petty Officer (LPO) at USS George Washington's Light Industrial Facility (LIFAC) during a ship’s maintenance period, was responsible for repair and testing of damaged electrical equipment, mechanical components, pumps, and valves.
  • Performed and supervised repair and troubleshooting tasks in the plants and at work benches.
  • Repaired and tested over 1000 pressure relief valves, rebuilt over 300 motor controller cabinets, rewind of over 400 electric motors, repaired dozens of failing pumps and over 800 isolation valves, and overhauled various components of CVN-73’s 4 emergency diesel generators to meet OEM specs.
