  • The assembly and set up of multi station computer numerically controlled (CNC) machines utilizing multiple CNC units, with horizontal and vertical mounted units. Machines are built with up to four axis capability. Utilizing robots, loaders, unloaders, bowl feeders, coolant, hydraulic, pneumatic systems to come together to create an end product to meet the customer's manufacturing demand within a specified cycle time.
  • Build new and rebuild older machines to meet the customer's tolerances and cycle times to their needs and specifications.
  • Set up and install new machines and rebuilt machines at the customer's facility and have the customer sign off to complete the contract of the machine.
  • Run off machines with the customer to meet their approval to get final shipping approval.
  • Performed assembly of products according to specifications and instructions as specified by the customer.
  • Maintained appropriate stock levels, counted parts, and requested additional supplies as needed for the machine's assembly.
  • Inspected all work done on machines for quality and compliance with design standards. This includes tolerances, clearances, and fitment, as well as proper toque values.
  • Assembly and alignment of parts and fixtures using hand and power tools.
  • Inspection of parts and assemblies before shipment to customers to verify accuracy.
  • Utilization of blueprints, schematics and diagrams to accurately complete tasks necessary for production as well as safety of all machines assembled.

  • Travel when necessary to customer's facilities located in various parts of the country for installation of new machines as well as tear down of old machines. Assist in the verification of the success of the new machine once installed to the standards and requirements of the customer's needs.
