I am currently the dry end tech, some of my job duties are to program the cut sheets to make the desired number of cuts as well as the correct measurements. To insure that good quality sheets are being produced, there are some quality tests that I perform such as soak tests, board caliber tests, and board moisture tests. I perform different machine adjustments such as machine temperatures, warp adjustments, machine speeds, glue gap adjustments, singlefacer roll pressures and roll stand tensions.

  • Took machines apart to clear jams and replace broken components.
