Summary

I have earned my Associate of Arts degree and my bachelor’s degree while working full time at FCB/TRCB. I have implemented a teller training program that has had success. To help new hires with onboarding better and make the transition into a new job easier. Through this process I was able to make sure that the transition went smoothly and that each employee had the tools they needed to succeed. I was also available every step of the way for any future help that was needed. I hope to continue to improve and continue to grow. I have also learned to be a UB, handle mobile deposits, and verify documents for accuracy, and I am a notary. I work on tasks and have them completed in a timely manner and I can work well alone or in a group. I feel that my degree in Professional Studies can help me with this position. My degree focuses on communication, management techniques, human resources, and workplace supervision. One of the big topics throughout my degree was specifically organizational development. Along with my degree I also received two certificate of proficiencies. The certificates are in Workplace Supervision and Professional Leadership. I feel that my all-around knowledge can help me in many different fields. I want to take all that I have learned to progress and continue to grow.

  • Vendor Management: Working with the IT department to verify and risk current and future vendors. Working to gain more knowledge to help with policies and procedures pertaining to the role of vendor management as well as anything that is needed of me.
