- I consciously practice staying aware of my inner state and keeping my nervous system balanced at all times
- I regularly practice various breath work exercises, mindfulness and meditation for mental and emotional wellness
- I do Yoga and Weight training
- I am very Passionate about (balancing) physical health with mental and emotional wellness
- I enjoy participating in and coaching others in regular and (Transformational) Breath Work sessions to free myself and others of stress, anxiety, depression, and old pent up trauma in the body without pills, street drugs, or alcohol
- I participate in low-impact exercises to strengthen core muscles
- I ride dirt bikes with my son and enjoy hanging out with him doing whatever comes to mind like Video games, Puzzles, Lego's, Hot Wheels, Painting, Air Brushing, Creek Hiking and flipping over rocks to see what critters we can find, or sometimes we just chill out, relax and be😎
