The goal is to use the PKG planning tool to hit daily production goals, such as Stops per car (SPC) and average paid day per route (each route must have between 8.70 and 9.20 planned paid days). While making adjustments to the routes to account for drivers with 8-hour day requests, and also ensuring drivers are not over-dispatched and working over 9.50 hours each day.

- During this time, I have had the opportunity to be a part of many ready team assignments, all across the West Region. I have also been a part of two different deployment teams for a year each time. These two assignments were responsible for supporting many centers in the planning, training, and deployment of Saturday ground operations in many centers across the district. These two assignments were great opportunities to meet and work with many different groups of people across the district, to accomplish the goal of opening Saturday ground operations for the first time in the district. Each assignment was responsible for completing 10 to 12 centers, each center was an eight-week process.
