I helped Manage Branch development for all Endpoint Techs companywide (70 Techs) and schedule technicians for all branch travel including new Branch Openings, Branch Moves, Branch PC Refreshes and Branch Conversions

I also manage the Endpoint support tickets by assigning out tickets once they reach the ETS queue as well as create reports for Management based on delinquent tickets (tickets older than a week) and ticket volume

Using ACT! I have created Databases, imported client Data, Database Customization as well as Database Maintenance.
I also maintained licenses for ACT! and have an established relationship with the Vendor and with them created a Corporate pricing structure for Stifel.
I also support the other two third party CRM software Stifel uses; Bill Good and Brokers Ally.

As an Endpoint Support Engineer, I worked with users across the country to resolve issues whether it is hardware, software or network related.
I traveled across the country doing PC Refreshes, Branch Openings, Branch Moves and Branch Conversions.
With these projects varying in size I have had the opportunity to work the projects from start to finish by myself and as part of a team, as well as being the project lead
As a Senior in the PC Support department I maintain our vendor relationships with our Printer vendors as well maintained a relationship with our third-party CRM vendor ACT before the Application Support team was developed.
For over two years I was our Stifel Bank support team lead and leading a team of four people.
During this period, I managed several projects for Stifel Bank while maintaining my role as Senior PC Support Engineer at Stifel, including: PC Refresh (Led 5 team members to refresh 150 users), Branch move (Led 14 team members to move 150 users), CRM upgrade, initiated a new hire process as well as maintained Stifel Bank's specialized software and updates including documenting set up procedures and troubleshoot.
