Set up the banquets, and take down after a function. I also worked the banquets as a banquets server.set up the table for the meals table cloths, fork, spoons, knives chair covers, and if it’s not a buffet, I would set the food out and if it was a buffet, we would bring out the hot boxes with the stuff in them.

Cleaning up after league, and after open player would come in, trash out , pins stuck had to run and get them, bar clean, swap up outside, help bartenders, with supplies, clean the wood floors.
