• As head coach, I organize the state shoots and state tryouts.
• At state shoots, I am the Chief RO.
• I make sure all the state workshops are staffed for shotgun.
• I serve as a voting member of the state of Missouri 4-H Shooting Sports advisory committee.
• The boards set the rules and procedures for the state shoots and state tryouts.

• I have been assisting Rod Zeller in teaching the Level 1 NRA shotgun class.
• I help Rod teach in the classroom and on the range.
• Since I have been helping Rod teach, we have incorporated the PowerPoint from the NRA to help teach the class.

We promote target shooting opportunities, safety, sportsmanship and the ongoing development of Missouri's youth athletes through youth sport shooting, training, and events.

• As Coordinator, I organize the County shoots for all discipline.
• I make sure all the discipline are staffed.
• I serve as a chair member of the Boone County of Missouri 4-H Shooting Sports advisory committee.

• As a coach, I help organize the state shoots and state tryouts and workshops.
• At state shoots, I am one of the assistant ROs.
• At the workshop I help teach new MO county shotgun coach's.
• I serve as a non voting member of the state of Missouri 4-H Shooting Sports advisory committee.

As head coach, I organize the Shotgun part of the Boone County Shoot. I am the Chief RO at the county shoot. I also activity coach throughout out the 4H year to prepare the 4-Hers for State and County shoots. I I also set on the Boone County MO Shooting Sports advisory committee. The committee sets the rules and procedures for the county shoots and practices.

I volunteered as a Coach for the local FFA Shotgun Team. I ran practices and took the FFA members to local,state and regional shoot.
