Accomplishments
Through a combination of improved campaign planning and re-engineered materials, I saved Panera $ 1.6MM in freight costs in 2025. This allowed us to support a significant increase in test projects and bring back high impact POP displays like lobby standees and Holiday gift card merchandising.
In 2021, I led the execution of an RFP that secured contracts with two of the industries largest print suppliers. This allowed us to drive efficiency by consolidating freight, leverage economies of scale and automate previously manual processes with new technology.
