Experienced coordinator with strong focus on team collaboration and achieving results. My greatest skill is communication. I have the ability to talk to anyone. I help people feel important and always encourage people to strive for success.
As an MDT (Multidisciplinary Team) Coordinator
I worked to achieve effective communication, coordination, and collaboration among team members. My responsibilities included organizing meetings, tracking cases, and fostering a cohesive team environment. The Multidisciplinary team consisted of Prosecutors, Law Enforcement, the Juvenile Office, Children's Division, Advocates, and counselors.
As a Forensic Interviewer I conducted interviews of children and disabled adults who may have experienced or witnessed abuse. I worked closely with the Multidisciplinary Team to move these cases through the justice system.
As an Advocate I worked closely with the families referred to Kids Harbor helping them understand every aspect of their journey. I strategized with the MDT to find appropriate resources. I attended court dates with the families explaining the process and preparing them for what to expect at the hearings and trial.
While with CADV I truly had multiple roles. My position was Outreach but I was also an advocate, intake coordinator, and I worked on the Sexual Assault Response Team.
At CADV Many of our victims needed support and resources to break their drug addictions before becoming independent. My role was to find the resources to help them in navigating life's challenges.
