One of the most important traits when it comes to being a student leader is being able to take charge under pressure and effectively direct new and unexperienced students in how to do their various jobs effectively, all while joining them in the tasks that need to be accomplished, and not using this position of leadership to take advantage of them. Both of my previous jobs have helped me to grow in this. I must admit that I have not taken my job here at the cafeteria as seriously as I should be, and I have a lot to improve on in terms of being a good team player and a hard worker. The best leader is one who leads by example, and I have not been the best example to those around me of being a diligent worker, but I want to do better and prove that I have what it takes to deserve more leadership and responsibility.
