I was a big part of a significant audit known as the AIB audit, which is a very in-depth inspection of the entire warehouse facility. This involves cleanliness, safety, and updated records to verify a safe working environment, and that all employees are certified to operate the equipment. We passed this inspection with a score of 930/1,000, a great score, and a hard one to get.

I have experience with customer service, both face-to-face and via phone/email. Face-to-face comes from the truck driving and delivery side that I did for a year, and the phone and email experience comes from the work phone and laptop I was given.

Work ethic is very good, and I enjoy working hard to accomplish tasks. Very reliable and dependable in showing up at work and getting the job done with a great attitude. There are a lot of diverse skills that I have learned throughout my management career.
