Successfully led investment planning and execution in alignment with operational goals, and played an active role in developing and maintaining strong industrial relations. Oversaw end-to-end plant operations with a focus on efficiency, workforce development, cost control, and customer satisfaction. Directed strategic initiatives to improve plant performance and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Led a cross-functional team of 150 employees (20 in office roles and 130 in operations), with full responsibility for production, planning, human resources, industrial relations, raw material procurement, maintenance, logistics, investment planning and management, as well as customer satisfaction.

Leading a team of 4 white-collar direct reports and over 100 blue-collar employees, over a span of nearly four years, I was actively involved in managing approximately €10 million in CAPEX projects and implementing a Continuous Improvement (CI) system.
