  • Supervises crews responsible for road signage, striping, and traffic control.
  • Goal-driven leadership of striping crew resulting in project completion, often ahead of schedule.
  • Coordinated acquisition of 2017 EasyLiner striper and appropriate training. (Upgrade from previous equipment)
  • Maintains inventory and equipment for striping functions and in-house sign fabrication.
  • Ensures ongoing sign audits and worker competence with Arcgist logging system using iPad's in the field.
  • Conducts annual performance reviews for 10 person department. Provides re-direction and coaching for improved performance as needed. Coordinates hiring and on-going staffing of positions.

  • Directs actions to address safety issues reported by law enforcement including debris on roadways or sign compromise. Responds to citizen concerns related to traffic issues.

  • Implemented a cost-saving measure by recycling signs and applying a new face rather than obtaining new metal.
  • Changed to a heavier grade post inventory for increased durability against storms.
  • Stopped use of Thermoplastic and changed to paint at intersections for better resource management and reduced cost.
  • Acquired and implemented software and database for sign inventory/maintenance~2010.
