-In charge of recruiting needs for 40+ sites

-Scan applications for all positions

-Do virtual interviews for assistant managers and above

-Create and send offer letters for internal and external applicants

-Ensure onboarding process is smooth for all parties involved

-Check new hires forms of identification to ensure it is in compliance with the i9 criteria

-Finding and participating in Career Fairs for all regions

-Meeting with Yardstik to continue a smooth transition from ADP screening services

-First point of contact for customers

-Responsible for 2 lanes of customers, member lane and single wash lane

-Would take shifts at multiple locations if that wash needed help

-Provide great customer service at all times

-Promote sales for memberships, wash cards, and single washes

-Maintain a high capture rate

-Keep towels, air fresheners, and flyers stocked at all times

-Provide training for new sales associates

-Address and solve customer issues
