  • I monitor and assist the techs with daily work and/or any trainings that they need. Complete the glass and brittle audits, internal facility audits, make sure yearly calibrations are complete, send sale samples when needed. I create the req for anything needed in the department, I have used SAP frequently as well as shop floor. Created SOP's and OPL's I have utilized the hold and release program, I have helped with completed traces, helped with 2 SQF audits I have also helped with state audits for elderly care for over 10 years. I am very supportive of everyone that comes to me for support and when it is needed. I have completed pre-shipment, record review and assist the QA manager with tasks that needed to be completed.

  • I worked on the production line, I used to run a slicer, I used a powered jack to load racks of meat into a freezer and slicer. I would have to take the temperature of the log meat when working in Ham. I would have to calibrate the scales on my slicer daily. I followed all GMP's and wore all appropriate PPE for the job that I was doing for the day.
