- Troubleshooting issues in telephone cable in the air, underground, and buried cable.
- 1999 became a cable repair splicer. With this title came the responsibility of splicing, cutting, and repairing damaged cables. From start to finish. Coordinating with numerous contractors. Ensuring that the full restoration of phone service was complete.
- On-site reengineering of cable runs and pathways was a must on certain jobs. Either to prevent damage in the future. Prevent the theft of cable. Or at times when there was no qualified engineer on staff.
- Ensured all records were recorded to update the laptops.
- In 2010, I became a cable repair, copper, and fiber splicer for U-Verse.
- Installing, repairing, and reengineering to ensure the new AT&T service would work properly.
- In 2011, I was sent to a fiber splicing course.
- On numerous occasions, I had to coordinate with the United States Secret Service on the installation of security lines at locations where either a President, Vice President, or First Lady would be present.
