Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Grocery Department.
-Ordering Inventory and Working Deliveries, multiple times a week to ensure consistent rotation of fresh product to shelves
-Ensuring adequate in stock position as well as compiling reports on a weekly basis of Out-of-Stock items.
-Setting Endcaps, and Schematics on a weekly basis, as well as ensuring compliance to display planner
-Extensive experience with all Grocery sub departments, including but not limited to; Dry Grocery, Dairy, Frozen, and Bulk.
-Serves as the primary point of contact between clerks and upper management in the store, while coordinating shifts and schedule changes.
-Additional experience at the store level by acting as Manager on Duty multiple nights a week during closing shifts.
-Acquired and learned numerous skills at the store level by working as a receiver, cashier, as well as covering produce and meat department. Also have the ability to close the front end as well.

A. Retail
• Curated and maintained a store front featuring 600+ rotating beers in package
• Maintained and curated 100+ spirits, primarily whiskey
B. Service
• Assembled a rotating selection of 24 taps of draught beer, focusing on limited
and seasonal releases
• Prepared food and maintained inventory for food that was served on site,
featuring a locally sourced BBQ menu
C. Administrative
• Managed the store’s Social Media platforms, created content for platforms
including graphics, videos, and posts, as well as a weekly newsletter
• Scheduled events with varying suppliers to highlight differing Beers, Whiskeys,
and Sauces
• Maintained staff cohesion through scheduling, payroll, and continuing training
