• Unload pallets of product from backroom to the sale floor in stores
• Ensure product is properly rotated to the dates to ensure product is fresh
• Rotate and place product on backstock to sales floor to ensure product is full on shelf for customers
• Clean backroom back stock for future orders coming to stores

• Diagnose and perform minor/routine repair in timely manner

• Alerted the Property Manager of any unusual occurrences and/or damage that was witnessed
• Completed all grounds work as directed, included (but not limited to) picking up trash, sweeping, pressure washing, cleaning dumpster area, bush pruning, gate and fence repair, and maintaining landscape

• Performed light checks at night and reported any outages
• Executed monthly maintenance inspections of all Air Conditioning units
• Turned apartments for new residents within 13 day time frame

• Assisted with personnel logs, crime scene reports, and securing homicide scenes
• Responds to domestic abuse, petty theft, fires, and all other service calls for the county

• Adjust and Balances air handlers and Variable Air Volume Boxes
• Review building blueprints and provides insight on air duct systems
• Calibrates Balances valves to ensure proper water flow in new buildings
