Assist the President; Preside at meetings and perform other duties of the President when the President is unable to do so; Countersign checks when ordered to do so by the Union; Manage UAW Standing Committees when the President is unable to do so.

Prepare exterior surfaces for paint or touchup; Color matching and mixing; Spray painting and paint application techniques; Ensuring that the final product meets quality standards on a daily basis .

General supervision over all funds and property of the Local Union; Help record and summarize reports while conducting financial audits; Attend and participate in annual financial conferences.
