Research and implement financial alternatives to accounts payables
File entity annual reports to ensure compliance on a multi-state basis, fictitious name registrations, and renew existing registrations
Handle registered agent matters and assign pertinent individuals to resolve same, and prepare summary report
Communicate with title and survey companies on obtaining and updating title policies, site plans, and surveys for compliance and project development.
Notarize all legal documents, loan guaranties, retail centers building permits, and city compliance documents.
Assist in litigation matters with outside counsel, obtain document production information, and coordinate same until the conclusion thereof.
Maintain master loan balance database and summary of terms for asset to liability comparison.
Maintain detailed portfolio asset entity list.
Oversee President's personal Irrevocable Voluntary and Revocable Trusts to ensure timely life insurance premium payments.
Oversee all President's personal financial statements, bills, appointments, and all other miscellaneous assigned items.
