  • Volunteered at the Food Bank for Central and Northeast Missouri(Columbia, MO). Partnering to help purchase, pack and provide huge amounts of canned goods, cereal, grains, etc..
  • Partnered with the University of Oklahoma's Soul Mission for a community project. Volunteered to repaint fences, purchase/drive and drop off groceries to the elderly & disabled, etc..

  • Managing ratioed groups of at risk children age ranging from 9-21 years old. Children in care bare the challenges of past trauma, physical/emotional damage & abuse, severe impulsive disorders, psychiatric dissociation, dissociate identity disorder, etc..
  • Achieved a Safe Crisis Management(SCM) certification. In order to administer safely performed restraints to maintain the proper well-being for all children and staff.
  • Achieved a Sanctuary A&B certification. Providing the understanding of the Sanctuary Model and Trauma Theory while also teaching you the mass effect of trauma on the human brain.
  • Achieved a Medication Management/Administration Certification. Providing the ability to manage and administer prescribed medication for children.
  • Responsible for ensuring a safe, healthy and clean environment for all children and staff. Working as an on the fly therapist, as the kids continuously rely on the ability to take them on walks, talk about life or just to help calm them down/cheer them up when they are having specific feelings. Making sure kids have proper hygiene/linen, Helping process and discharge kids as they come and go, etc..
