I wanted to note this job was short lived because I had some family issues I had to take time to deal with back home in Iowa. It was unfortunate, but it is life. Those issues are dealt with now.

• Repair work on variety of track systems, motors, and gear boxes

• Ran everyday PMS on equipment in facilities. Replaced and repaired large welders to maintain proper uptime for manufacturing of pontoon boats. Assisted supervisor with preventative maintenance and special projects. Operated equipment such as a telehandler. Executed troubleshooting and repaired malfunctions in mechanical and electrical systems.

• Diagnosed problems with mechanical and electrical systems and equipment using advanced troubleshooting abilities. Diagnosed equipment malfunctions and performed repairs to restore equipment and maintain uptime of 24 hour manufacturing facility. Worked on large industrial fans to ensure proper cooling of facility due to high heat output from aluminum smelting. Worked on a lot of hydraulic systems.

• Utilized hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments during repair work to hog confinement facilities. Replaced or repaired worn out parts and components in hog facilities. Installed new systems, replacement parts and components to maintain proper operation. Assisted in building brand new hog confinements. Diagnosed problems with mechanical and electrical systems.

• Provided general and urgent maintenance to hog confinement facilities. Ensured feed and watering systems of facilities were working properly. Provided vaccinations to sick swine in facilities. Provided maintenance to big farm equipment such as tractors, vehicles, gas and diesel generators, and more. Operated big farm equipment. Assisted in spray foaming insulation to a wide variety of facilities such as town homes, hog confinement facilities, town stores, machine sheds, grain sites, and more.
