Within the two teams I am currently working under I am always a point of contact for anyone needing help and have trained numerous people on the Nationwide workflow process over the years I have creating job aids for notes being applied in ARMS to help speed up the process working files and have shared them with my teammates I have also participated in Volunteer events for food drives and writing letters for depression In October 2024 I started a book club within my department to help foster a fun environment in the workplace
