Agent Success Stories

  • Melinda Crosslin was handed over to me with a 3.2% conversion and 3 behind her net expected closings. This agent was not being called regularly from the network. She was #40 out of #42 agents. I gave her a wild shot and increased her tiers once she met her closings. She is now #16 and converting at 14.3%. Expected to have 5 closings and has had 8. Lastly, her touring home percentage increased from25% to 45% and her removal percentage is down to 58 for 90.
  • Ken Grodner has not had the most significant performance changes. I have only gotten his conversion up from 7.89% to 8.5% however, Ken is a notable agent of mine because of the dramatic change in attitude. He was almost terminated due to calling our clients "charity cases". Now he emails me weekly noting how happy he is to be a part of the program and a personal goal of his is to make sure everyone who encounters him knows he is an agent who cares.
  • Chelsea Owusu was set to be moved inactive in September, 2023 because her broker replaced her in our network. I submitted her to be brought back in after our number 1 agent recruited her. At that time, Chelsea had one closing for the year and was ranked 113 of 120 agents. Chelsea now has a realtor rank of 6 and has had six closings with four more under contract.
  • Dwayne Epperly took five months to respond to me once moving to one on one. He was ranked nine out of nine in his market. My first call with him was extremely negative, and called most of our referrals "tire kickers". He is now number six for eleven, converting 3% above market average and three above his net expected closings. He has also increased his touring home percentage from 25% to 45.33%
  • Natalie Kane was with a brokerage we keep all agents at 0-0-1. I helped her make the switch in 2023 and started her tiers at 1-0-1. At that time, she was six for eight on her net expected closings and converting at 7.1%. She now has preferred assignment, has won the top 1% award, and has closed 30 for expected 19.

Other Notable Successes as an NDC

  • Received call of the month four times during first year of one on one world
