• Emergency Response
  Respond promptly to fire alarms, medical emergencies, hazardous materials incidents, and natural disasters.
  Extinguish fires using hoses, pumps, ladders, and other firefighting equipment.

• Prevention & Education
  Conduct fire safety inspections of buildings and properties.
  Educate the public on fire prevention, emergency preparedness, and safety practices.
  Participate in community outreach programs and fire drills.
• Maintenance & Readiness
  Inspect, maintain, and operate firefighting apparatus, tools, and protective gear.
  Keep fire stations, vehicles, and equipment in clean and operational condition.
  Train regularly in firefighting, rescue, and medical techniques to maintain readiness.
• Collaboration & Reporting
  Work closely with law enforcement, EMS, and other emergency personnel.
  Prepare incident reports and maintain accurate records.
  Support investigations into fire causes and hazards.
• Training Coordinator
  Oversee the development, scheduling, and delivery of fire and EMS training programs across the district. Responsible for modernizing SOPs/SOGs, implementing best practices and ensuring personnel readiness through structured instruction, mentorship, and performance evaluation. Collaborate with leadership to align training with operational goals and NFPA standards.

• Leadership & Supervision
  Directly supervises, trains, and mentors 8–12 Soldiers in CBRN operations.
  Ensures discipline, morale, health, and welfare of squad members.
  Conducts counseling, evaluations, and professional development.
• Operational Readiness
  Plans and executes CBRN defense operations in support of company and battalion missions.
  Oversees squad‑level training on detection, decontamination, and protective measures.
  Maintains accountability and operational readiness of CBRN equipment valued in the hundreds of thousands of dollars.
• Technical Expertise
  Employs CBRN detection, identification, and warning systems.
  Supervises decontamination operations for personnel, equipment, and terrain.
  Advises commanders on CBRN threats, protective posture, and mitigation strategies.
• Mission Support
  Integrates CBRN defense into maneuver operations during large‑scale combat or homeland defense missions.
  Supports consequence management for hazardous material incidents and weapons of mass destruction (WMD) threats.
  Coordinates with joint, interagency, and multinational partners during CBRN response operations.

• Provided safe mobility support to help patients move around personal and public spaces.
• Assisted patients with self-administered medications.
• Assisted clients with daily living needs to maintain self-esteem and general wellness.
• Teach critical life skills to mentally handicap clients
