• Setting houses (in two pieces) onto its foundation using ropes and crane truck.

• Building garages onto the face of the house.

• Installing new roofs for the garage

• Painting interior of garage

• Grading dirt surrounding the homes to assure proper water runoff

• Assemble various pieces of equipment to be later installed on wagon

• Install assigned equipment onto wagons

• Run quality test to assure equipment’s proper performance and efficiency

• Send wagon down assembly line for completion of its manufacturing

• Load/Unload work truck for tools and roofing equipment.

• Tear off pre-existing roofing materials and clear the roof of all debris.

• Install new drains and overflow passages when required.

• Apply new roofing materials such as: hot tar, tpo, metal roofs, torch downs and more.

• Thoroughly check all overlaps and flashings etc to assure there’s no potential leaks.
