-Leads all primary recruitment event planning and mechanics (party flow, bumping, seating)

-Front-facing leader for the chapter when the vp: membership is involved with EVC meetings or other obligations

-Leads recruitment preparation workshops monthly

-Communicated positively with children and guardians.

-Organized and cleaned home after activities by picking up toys and straightening up play room.

-Maintained a clean and organized environment to ensure the well-being of children under care.

-Reassured children when upset providing emotional support and stability.

-Daycare for Jewish children ranging ages 1-4

-Deliver safe and effective childcare including meals, daily activities, and arts.

-Strong communication with parents, children, and other staff

-Understand child needs through problem solving
