As an owner I managed employees, book keeping and cost tracking to increase safety and profits for company and employees.

I owned 5 32' bucket trucks for service and small install jobs as well as 4 110' cranes for complete sign projects.

I managed install several crews as well as scheduled projects weeks in advance. Also performed cost tracking, billing, and close out projects. I was in charge of billing at least $650,000 per month as required.
