Start every morning with a saftey meeting and job assessment overview. I would gather the tools and equipment necessary to perform the daily task. We would prepare the jobsite for the daily concrete pour. After the concrete was poured we would strip the pour from the previous day. I would ensure that my work was done efficiently and safely.

I would arrive at the tool yard and prepare and pre-trip my work truck to make sure the truck was in proper working condition. After ensuring my truck was loaded safely and correctly I would travel to the jobsite. As the labor foreman I would arrive on the jobsite and assess the tasks and organzie my crew and deligate the proper manpower for the job. We would then unload the supplies and equipment from the truck and get ready for the concrete pour.

As the day would come to an end we would load the tools and supplies that needed returned to the yard. I would then drive back to the yard and do a post-trip inspection on the truck.

Arrive at the school bus lot and Pre-trip my bus. Making sure it could be opperated corretly and safely.

I would leave the lot and proceed to pick up students and deliver them to thier school. After school was let out I would return them safley home.
