Currently been assigned to a project team call TET (Technical Enhancement Team) for over 2 years and mainly to lead the projects related to IS&T field for Surveillance operations team in order to optimize the working environment and process, also act as bridge between Surveillance and IS&T teams to fulfill the requirement and expectation, make sure the service request and final product were correctly received.

• Used Microsoft Excel and Access to develop staff break logging and tracking database
• Used Microsoft Excel to develop many kinds of automatic spreadsheets
• Completed the Corp PC mass upgrade (Windows and hardwares) project for whole surveillance office collaborated with Meng, Kenny, Neil from IS&T Field Service Team
• Completed the IP Phone extension reconfiguration project for whole surveillance office collaborated with Pan from IS&T Telecom Team
• Earned twice GEG Employee of Month and Star of Month recognitions during the career in Surveillance

I have over 10 years working experience in Galaxy Macau Surveillance Department since Dec 2013 and this is my first full-time job after finishing my education in Australia. I have good performance in work, having well reporting skills and time management which can handle complicated cases and heavy work load easily. Good observation skills can effectively help me to secure company property. 

Exploring IT related stuffs are also one of my hobby, I enjoy to learn new IT skills and technology when they come out from to the market and will proactively give a try on them, this is also a reason of why I chose to study Computing for my main subject. With my good IT knowledge built since I was young, I love to utilize my IT knowledge to assist my daily job during my career in Surveillance as it's also rely on many kinds of software/hardwares from other departments. I've developed many of different kinds of functional Excel spreadsheets with VBA and formulas for to simplify the job and reduce workload for my team in surveillance operations, and received many positive feedback and appreciations from my colleagues. Also I am willing to assist my colleagues when they meet any problem during work. 

I am self-confidence, absorption, keen to learn new stuffs, easy to absorb new knowledge and skills, honest, friendly, kindly; having well knowledge of maintaining software and hardware devices in IT field. I am ready and finding an opportunity which could keep improving my skills and knowledge.
