I came on board in December. I worked part time 3 nights a week. The hours were 6pm to 6am. The parents and I worked on a plan to very gently encourage healthy sleep habits. My role included warm bath, lotion and get ready for bed.

Turned off lights, only using a nightlight and a sound machine, I stayed in the room.

i very much enjoy being a comfort to babies, and children alike. I took care of bottles, making with breast milk as well as formula.
