- Collaborated with project managers and engineers on demolition, structural alterations, fit-out and specialized works, tracking progress and ensuring timely execution.

- Led design and construction management of seating works (retractable, VIP, fixed) and signage, overseeing all phases from design finalization to off-site fabrication and on-site installation.

- Hosted weekly design workshops with client and consulting teams, resolving on-site issues to prevent delays, and prepared shop drawings, RFIs, MSTs and MATs.

- Managed site operations, tracking materials and labor resources, conducting inspections and field testing, ensuring compliance and timely delivery across all works.

2. Australia MIC Project - Queensland Hervey Bay
- Conducted feasibility study on importing prefabricated housing units from China to Australia for a 131 townhouses project while ensuring full NCC compliance for materials and design.
- Coordinated with Australian developers, Chinese manufacturers, and logistics teams to execute feasibility studies and establish project delivery frameworks.

- Prepared and compiled critical technical documents for tender submissions, including construction programs, method statements, logistics plans, and engineering proposals, for projects from both the public and private sectors.
- Collaborated with estimators and subcontractors to validate cost accuracy, eliminate scope gaps, and align pricing with project specifications, reducing bid risks and improving competitiveness.

- Supported design engineers and project managers in contract administration for residential subdivisions, commercial, and municipal land development projects across the GTA, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and project specifications.
- Conducted on-site inspections and conformance reviews for site servicing (storm sewer, sanitary sewer, watermain), grading, and right-of-way construction, verifying adherence to codes, drawings, and specifications.
- Performed quantity takeoffs and assisted in preparing tender documents, including schedules of rates, contributing to accurate construction cost estimates for new projects.

- Liaised with senior engineers on various construction works including bridges, elevated walkways, roadways, sanitary and storm sewer systems construction.

- Performed structural design on steel and concrete structures with glass members via modelling software (SAP2000) and structural calculation.
