1) Responsible for promoting the effective operation of the warning and forecasting center;
(2) Responsible for supervising the continuous analysis and prediction of meteorological and related data;
(3) Responsible for supervising the issuance of special weather tips and weather warnings, in a timely manner;
(4) Responsible for promoting and introducing new forecasting technologies and systems to optimize and improve the quality of weather forecasts;
(5) Carry out civil defense work related to severe weather and provide severe weather-related information to relevant public departments and entities in a timely manner.
