As the Technical Account Manager (TAM) at Alibaba Cloud in Macau, I have gained vast experience through my primary responsibility of aiding the regional government in effectively managing the expansive smart city project. This role encompasses ensuring the daily stability of private cloud functions and overseeing large-scale application delivery by Alibaba Cloud. I have, therefore, garnered a wealth of knowledge and skills in system operation and maintenance. My exposure extends to managing computer rooms efficiently, thus furthering my proficiency in operataion and maintenance. Additionally, I have used the Alibaba Cloud platform to support a diverse clientele across Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and Go China, providing public cloud services, thereby reaffirming my adaptability and customer service dedication. This position has indeed been instrumental in my professional growth, enhancing my problem-solving abilities, strategic planning, and my penchant for innovation.
