My job duties were to test samples of cheese for moisture, fat, PH and salt if any of the results were out of specifications I would advise the cooks on how to bring it back into specification. Once they added ingredients I would then test cheese again to make sure it was in the proper specifications. I would put all test results and what was done to the cheese into quality suites. I also would set up and run the rotoclone on sanitation nights.

• Collaborated with team members to ensure seamless coordination of tasks and efficient completion of projects. I would bring product from the lines to the warehouse and put it in the racks or into trailers most were live loads
• Safely loaded and unloaded trucks using appropriate forklift attachments, reducing the risk of accidents or injuries.
