Work History

Commercial Loan Analyst

PNC BANK via Kelly Services
05.2021 - 07.2024
  • As a contractor, I had been working for Midland loan services a PNC company as a loan analyst in the commercial loan division. I ensured that the loans are in compliance regarding the contracts for running various debt ratio testing and meeting the lease agreement requirements. Communicating with customers by phone and email. While I was in my position I had many different tasks depending on the company needs, one of which was revising the instructions for sending out demand letters and the corresponding system updates. I enjoyed the changes and challenges of my time while working with them.

Tax Examiner/Accounts Management

Department of Treasury
01.2009 - 10.2013
  • In the branch of the Internal Revenue Service I closed cases for the 1040 family of tax forms, ensuring that all necessary documents needed are received prior to processing and properly filled in, using system applications to review and make adjustments to tax accounts from the correspondence received.
  • If needed, I would contact taxpayers by either phone or by corresponding for any missing supporting documents or clarifying information, after completing my research I worked my cases and closed them by date or priority to provide a fast resolution to the taxpayer. I exceeded the standards required for both accuracy and efficiency in my quarterly reviews with my manager and that contributed to a team effort in achieving our overall goal for the site and the service. My supervisor was Marcia Cooksey 800-996-7566.

Customer Application Specialist

E Screen
11.2006 - 12.2008
  • Setting patient appointments for drug screening and ordering supplies and troubleshooting equipment for medical offices. Assisting patients with result inquiries and directing them to the review officer when necessary for clarification and discrepancies. It was exciting to be a part of the new technology used for the exclusive services that we provided, as well as learning medical terminology and being a subject matter expert in that equipment. My supervisor was Natalie Forster 913-423-0479.

Customer Service

Central Masonry Inc.
08.2002 - 01.2006
  • Coordinating the day to day office needs as based on business and current projects I aided in building and developing our home business in masonry construction and repairs. One of my first and favorite duties was to contact potential customers, and propose new masonry ideas, as well as office administration, bookkeeping, preparing estimates and ordering materials.
  • We had been licensed in the state of Missouri as a LLC, until November of 2008.

Customer Applications

Foremost Insurance
03.2004 - 03.2005
  • With Foremost I answered incoming calls and processed insurance applications via the phone and internet including making outgoing calls back to agents if it was needed. Because licensing was not required, I acted as a liaison between underwriting and agents booking new business, providing quotes, and implemented endorsements. My supervisor was Galal Baki 913-234-2100.
  • Foremost Insurance had encouraged me to continue my learning and I took advantage with completing various insurance courses through the Insurance Institute online program that was available to me such as intro to Insurance and Ins 21.

Customer Service

Citibank
04.1997 - 08.1998
  • As a call center representative I took approximately 200 incoming calls a day. Setting payment arrangements on past due accounts and resolving customer issues with their billing statements, explaining transactions to the customers so all issues were reconciled by first contact if possible. With this being my first call center job I found it to be a rewarding experience. My supervisor was Gary Pozek 816-505-1167.
