Sale, service, and oversee all catering events and hotel conventions
Manage room blocks according to their contracts.
Plan and create banquet event orders daily.
Conduct weekly BEO meetings with Executive Chef, Banquet Manager, and Audio Visual Manager.
Complete monthly forecasting for banquets and catering.
