-Collaborating both with the psych doctor and medical doctor on new resident home medications

-Assessing each resident needs and evaluating how their medications are working for them.

-Giving weekly/monthly IM injections as ordered per physicians

-Collaborating with both psych physician and medical physician on various situations that arise

-Creating careplans for various different psych diagnoses including Schizophrenia, Bipolar, substance abuse, etc.
