In my time as a Facility Trainer I learned how to deal with a variety of different people. I was able to coordinate with the different departments in the warehouse and developed a good working relationship with the managers. The contributions that I made to training was help turning a high turnover rate into a historically low number. I was also able to contribute to the location by helping lead the recieving department when necessary because of my vast knowledge and experience.

Besides my role as a Trainer I gained valuable experience in the Recieving Department. I ran the dock to deal with delivery and work flow for many years. I also gained knowledge and experience in the Inventory Control department where I learned cycle counts and returns.
