Through my 27 year career with the Bridgeton Police Department, I have held virtually every position within the department other than the Chief of Police. Through those years of training and experience, I have grown my knowledge base and expertise in my field. In addition to my normal job duties associated with the various positions, I have also been a Field Training Officer, Shift Crime Scene Investigator, Crash Reconstructionist, Arson Investigator, Bike Patrol Officer, and MACTAC Instructor.

- Chief Hood authored a letter of consideration to the FBI National Academy requesting I be considered for selection to the program despite still being the rank of Sergeant at that time
- Committee has been a resounding success so far, with communication deficiencies having been significantly diminished

The FBI National Academy is the premier leadership school in the world, and is attended by the top 1% of law enforcement leaders in the world. My class consisted of 249 students, 51 of those were international attendees.
