  • Tracked mass excavation zones, medium voltage hot zones, and design adjustments in Excel and Navisworks to support efficient field installation planning in collaboration with the heat calculations from civil engineers.
  • Executed takeoffs on shop drawings for preconstruction estimating in Bluebeam while assuring accuracy with the contract in Procore and aligning designs with RFI-driven changes.
  • Contributed in meetings with project managers and superintendents resolving scheduling/labor distribution, watched the team combat design challenges for duct bank packages maintaining cost efficiency and proper installment.
  • Maintained submittal and RFI logs in Procore and Excel ensuring design specifications were accounted for and matched field conditions.
  • Produced and revised shop drawings for field crews to understand the vault numbers they were constructing which included number, location, and RFI changes so they could accurately integrate them into the project.
