  • Built and drove foodservice and industrial sales growth through marketing and distribution for the central division of an $8 billion organization.
  • Built and expanded a relationship with Gordon Food Service, Performance Food Group, and select buying groups such as Progressive Group Alliance.
  • Successfully converted a ‘spot’ customer to a committed contract customer who purchased 5mm pounds in 2007. This conversion resulted in a 25% increase in volume and 35% increase in profit.
  • Consolidated and redesigned Point of Sale Materials. Removed ten obsolete pieces from circulation and replaced them with two. Also added 4 new pieces for the new Borden Baja Queso and Jacobo Specialty Italian lines.
  • Added Brokers in 5 markets, and replaced underperforming Brokers in 2 markets. These changes resulted in an average 53% sales increase in the affected markets.
  • Developed a relationship and managed contract negotiations for a Private Label products with a large Regional Distributor. First year volume was 1.5mm pounds of new business.
  • Developed a relationship and managed contract negotiations for a Private Label and Branded agreement with a National Buying Group. First year incremental volume was 2mm pounds, a 10% volume increase.
